Today I am going to review a wall charger from a company called Anker a global leader in charging technology. This includes wireless charging, car charging, and our best-selling portable and wall chargers. Anker is pioneering Power Delivery technology to charge phones, tablets, and laptops at unprecedented speeds.

The design of the charger is very unique unlike many wall chargers but seems to hold the same design as the standard Anker usb wall charger I reviewed a while back and still use currently. This charger looks very nice for charging your USB C Smartphone or Laptop and other usb c devices. So how does it perform? That’s what this review intends to show you, so read on….

Product Name: Anker 60W USB C Wall Charger with Power Delivery

Provider: Anker®

The Review:

As I said already I’ve reviewed my fair share of wall chargers from other companies. USB C is something I’ve seen grown more in the tech field everyday At first I didn’t like the idea of everything I own having to slowly move towards USB C but after learning about the new Macbooks using USB C I said “Umm I do like that I can use any USB C cable for a Macbook or phone (hope it comes to iPads and iPhones one day)”

The Charger only has one usb c port but I did see one charger Anker sells that has one usb and one usb c port which is nice to charge your phone and laptop at the same time the same could be done with the current charger I am reviewing but you would have to get another product usb c hub with a usb port to charge your phone That’s the one messed up thing about Apple for YEARS it’s a adaptor for everything.

The weight of this charger is a bit heavy compared to my Anker 24W Dual USB Wall Charger which is strange even I compared it to my Magsafe Macbook charger the Anker 60W USB C Wall Charger was still a bit heavier why well who really knows. I’m also not a big fan of the Black color for charger since we all know any product like a car or t-shirt in the summer time that is black holds in heat compared to it’s counterpart color white like my Magsafe or Anker 24W Dual USB Wall Charger that doesn’t hold it in. Otherwise I used this product for a few days and I have to say it’s still a great charger for your laptop or smartphone

The Anker 60W USB C Wall Charger with Power Delivery is priced a bit high as I reviewed this charger compared to a few others on amazon but is it even worth it? I would say yes Anker is known to have outstanding customer support and have been around the block then most tech charger sellers on amazon and anytime I’ve had trouble they usually help fix the problem so it’s worth those few extra dollars to go with them or you could take the risk and try out another company but that’s your risk which I wouldn’t take when dealing with a already expensive Macbook
